Yeah man Idk about fish but if you ever see someone overdose on anything or think someone is going to die from what they just consumed get a glass of water and mix LOTs of salt into it, force them to drink it they will empty their stomach like a charm. Not sure about fish though :S

hmm interesting

Does it eat? If it does, try tying a string on the food and let it eat it. Then jerk it out and make it throw up. This is if all else failed.

If it's not eating, try taking it out and cover it with a wet towel. Stick an air tube in its mouth to the stomach and blow air into it with mouth. That should make it throw up. But this is the last resort.

how is this going?

Darn, I wonder why he did it? Did some food fall on the rocks? Too much Tequilla makes me throw up :) The salt idea might be your only option. I know that Syrup of Ipecac will make us throw up. Don't know if it works on a fish. You could get a syringe and connect it to a piece of aquarium tubing and pump the solution in the stomach.

how big is the fish?
try sticking your hand in its mouth and slide two fingers into the stomach, open the gullet and try to make the stones go to your fingers and pull em out
or jus stick your fingers in and out put it back in the tank and because of him being stressed he might spit the rocks out

These are round river rocks so there shouldnt be any harm. Have some patience, this must happen in the wild all the time too. Perhaps it wanted to crush/grind an obstruction already inside?

Johnptc`s suggestion is good. Understand why your worried but I would just wait. Even a month without eating food is okay unless its a baby.

Thanks everybody for giving your ideas... but the rocks are still in my pima's stomach :( ! And she hasn't eaten for about 3-4 weeks now, i'm so worried. She is about 17" and the rocks are about 1.5" in size, there is more than one rock inside cause i can see lumps.
Where can i find a fish Doctor??? Are there even fish Doctors???

yes there are fish doctors. try a table spoon add so much salt that it doesnt all dissolve(the thing is the pima being a labarynth plus it being so big it wouldnt have the salt and breath it once it throws up it throws up the salt.).if you do try it immediatly move it to a tank so it doesnt absorb the salt to the blood system.if i were you i would force feed it for the time being.
