It's a common Hawaiian Reef Lobster. It's worth about 30 bucks, maybe a bit more if it's huge. They're not that aggressive, just don't put them with small fish.

The biggest problem with these type of inverts in marine tanks is people don't feed them specifically. They expect the lobsters to just scavenge, which makes them starving and more likely to attack fish. Feed them and they rarely bother anything. There are also two similar species, the Purple and Debelius Reef Lobsters, which are better suited for a reef. Pretty easy to keep for a marine critter...

Ok I could of just misread the price but i am almost positive it said super aggressive and $150.

I'm not saying he's wrong lol, I'm just saying I wouldn't pay 150 bucks for a lobster worth 1/4 of that.

Both spearers and smashers strike their prey at astounding speeds and are one of the fastest strikers in the world. It is so fast the the human eye cannot make out the full strike.
Smashers have a strike that is also extremely powerful. It is said the strike generates a force of a .22 caliber bullet. They have also been known to smash aquarium glass as many unfortunate mantis enthusiasts can attest to.
