What were you wrong about? It's a reef lobster, but looks like a Debelius.
 
On the plus side, you could set up a simple marine tank, say 10 gallons, for it. You don't need much more than you'd need for a freshwater tank; HOB filter, heater, lid, substrate (crushed coral sand), couple pieces of live rock.

The key will be water, you need salt, hydrometer, etc and most important, the knowledge of basic marine chemistry.
