Good luck, although to be honest he seems really far gone if hes not taking food etc...

Maybe doing a very light dose of anti-ip meds will help, but jist afraid might really push him over as well...

At this point I don't think he'll make it... He doesn't even really move anymore and to be honest I kinda wanna put him out of his misery. I'll check in him in the morning and go from there.. :(

Well unfortunately I think he's past... I'm gonna leave him till morning to be 100% sure but if he's still in same place I'll tear down the tank and start planning the new setup... Maybe I'll get another schouldenti down the road but IDK yet

Blue green algae cannot thrive like that without high nitrates and phosphates. Especially with that much growth. It is toxic to fish.
