HELP Ray BURN from Heater

If you think you don't have to worry about the stealth heater your wrong. I have a retic that got a burn on a stealth heater. So you know it healed and did leave a scar. And every time someone said what happened I had to tell them the story that makes me look like a bad care giver. I since bought a hydor 300W inline that is on the hose coming out of my canister. I have had it on my 180 gal for 2 years with no problems and it heats it to where I want it.

Thread back from the dead...BUT. wait, ur running a single 300w hydor on ur 180? I I'm going to get this but though id neeed two for my 150.

And I made a pvc cover for the visitherm and put all the stealth recalls away lol. Eventually put the pvcd visitherm away as the weather got warmer
