My RTMs have been struggling with this for a few weeks now. Water parameters are good, I do weekly water changes. I tried adding salt to the aquarium but no signs of improvement.

Looks like possible lymph’s or at least what I see when I look up images of it I’d try isolating him and treat with Pimafix

They are swimming around with their fins clamped as well, don’t know if that changes anything?

I would skip Pimafix, it's really weak. Look into where you can get Seachem medication or API medication locally

I will post them when I get home later, I change about 20 percent every time I do a water change.

This was them this morning, female has less stuff on her body but she swims around with her fins clamped.

What is the tanks temp?

If it is Lymph, because that disease is viral, no meds are an effective treatment.

Weekly, tank temp is between 76-80
