help save my Endli (SBD)

My endli is swimming upside down occationally almost 2 weeks now he still eats alot already put salt in the tank melafix too and i didnt feed him for 3 days now but its still swimming weird, somebody told me its sbd/bloat air trap etc... whats the immediate intervention that i could do?

Most suggest treatment with epsom salt bath or treat aquarium. I personally don't know how much to dose .

Epsom salt will do, better to out the endli in a sperate tank, 1 tblsp per 10g. Dont feed during the treatment.

Change water everyday 50%-70%, dose epsom salt twice a day, depends on how big the hospital tank, one dose in the morning and one in the night. tlindsey mentioned feeding green peas. I put mine in a 40g cooler, easier to water change.

Oh this sounds familar. The endli is in the 6x3 tub right ?
