Hello everyone,
I’m new to this forum - desperate need of help!
My flowerhorn has the clear/white snot-like poop so I read up on various forms and treated accordingly. However - it may not be working so any advice will help! Below is what I have completed so far.

1) Added Jungle Fungus Clear
2) Per the instructions after a 4 days I did a water change ( didn’t add any more).
3) Completed a 70% water change the. Added Prazipro ( added directly to the filter)

Today I will be cycling and doing the required 25% water change.

However, after my last water change my flowerhorn swam into the heater and injuries his head (heater actually broke in half - new heater in on the tank now)

Info:
65gal Tank
He’s the only one in there
Temp: 80 F

I would raise the temp and add some salt to treat the injury to the head. As for the clear poo are you sure it isn't a parasite?

I’d keep the temps around 78. Add some Epsom salt, 1 tbsp per 5g, and feed hex shield.

I’m pretty sure it’s a parasite. However - are either the Jungle Fungus Clear or the Prazipro helpful for internal parasites?
Based on the photos do you think the head injury is a result of hitting the heater and not parasites? I think it’s from the injury but I’m not familiar with parasites so I just want to make sure it’s nothing more serious.

He’s not eating anything (I put one Hikari pellet in yesterday and he did not eat it. Epsom salt after I do a 25% water change? I'm sure Prazipro is still in the tank.

Try mixing some garlic in the pellet and try feeding. The medicine works best when ingested.

Area near the face doesn’t look like from a parasite.

Okay - I’ll grab some hex shield and mix with garlic.

Updated photo of the bump on his kok - agreeded looks like an injury. So 6.5 tbsp of Epsom salt. Do I desolve it first or directly in the tank?

This fish is very sick with internal parasites. Epson salt baths or epson salt soaked food will help if the fish is eating. BUT since your fish isn't not eating he has a much more serious infection. I have treated this disease in Flowerhorn for over a decade. Go online and order a product called CZ Clear. Make sure it somes with a syringe. You will need to inject the med through the fish's mouth. Watch Youtube videos on how to do this. This might seriously be the only way to save this fish. Act Now!!!!
