Hi, I want to ask for some help. Recently I got a glimpse of three small white lesion on the left side of my rainbow shark. I am not sure if it is a fungal infection or not since it is not like a cotton or small circular spot like in white spot disease. It is not protruding from the skin. And the right side is perfectly normal. The lesion just like pop up from nowhere since 2 days or 3 days ago.

My guess is it is some kind of lesion from something rough in my tank since my fish like to squueze itself into narrow space between my internal filter or heater and aquarium wall? But I am not sure and it's driving me nuts thinking about it!

Do you guys have any idea what is happening here? I will send some picture but I am really sorry for the quality since my phone is kinda crappy and my fish tend to move around when I approach it.

And my water parameter are 7,8-8 for pH, no ammonia, 15 for nitrate, and 26 degree celcius. It is in a temporary 25 or so gal tank with one 11-ish cm leopard bush fish

I will try to take a better picture then. But I think it will not differ much since I have taken a lot of shot and my android camera can't really focus well on moving thing. Especially while zooming in..

But if I may ask, from my description or a quick look, do you think it is something related to fungi or bacteria?

Is it something dangerous? What should I do to make it heal properly?
Not a major issue if it’s missing scales. Just clean water and make sure it eats.
