Treat the entire tank. What else is in the tank? I will say time is of the essance here if you want to save this fish.

, 1 Heros SP Super Red Severum(S/A), 1 Gold Severum(S/A), 1 Placidochromis Phenochilus (Africa)(Star Sapphire), 1 Vieja Synspilum (S/A)(Fire Head), 1 Hypselecara Temporalis(S/A) (Purple Chocolate),1 Microglanis Cf. Iheringi(S/A) (Bumble Bee Cat), 1 Jack Dempsey(C/A). In a 125 gallon. I am rushing to the store now to get the meds and I am going to try and set up tank , I have it all ready to go I will let you know the out come thanks
 
This bacteria will infect the entire system. You could QT this fish and treat it seperatly but I would still treat the main tank too.

Unfortunatly the disease is highly contagious. Cool water will retard the spread of the disease and will give the meds a chance, this is a quick killer and by the time the symptoms show the outcome is often fatal. There are several meds that can deal with this Triple sulfa is the most effective at higher Ph levels. Furan 2 is the most effective at lower Ph levels and used in combination with Kenamycin is especially effective. Use the 3X sulfa with the salt and keep the water between 72-75 degrees.
 
OK so should I do a 50 % water change again and then treat with both salt and sulfa right now?
