HElP tig tail bitten

I have seen fish loose their whole tail and somehow survive and somehow keep right on going but of course they are not as pretty that way. I think you have a good chance of having a full tail regrowth as long as it does not get infected. It may look a bit weird but wait and see. If not I do not think you will lose your fish but he may be gimpy.
 
now there are no open wounds, so its healing now

its looking good so far, i'll be more worried about the bottom streamer as well as the shape of the fin due to the middle portion of the tail the end of the fins might not grow... even might have a funny C look to it. ITs too immature to tell as it will take months.


BTW I wouldn't be surprised if it takes a year

yea that's the only thing i'm worried about if its gonna grow back funny looking.. but here's an update looking better
