Help To Bring Asian Aros Back To The US...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I dont know if anyone posted this yet but please go to this link

Also The part I'm really wanting to share is this .
Loans and Gifts. Lawfully taken and
held endangered and threatened species
may be shipped interstate as a bona fide
gift or loan if there is no barter, credit,
other form of compensation, or intent to
profit or gain. A standard breeding loan,
where no money or other consideration
changes hands but some offspring are
returned to the lender of a breeding
animal, is not considered a commercial
activity and, thus, is not prohibited by
the Act and does not require a permit.
Documentation of such an activity
should accompany shipment.

Yeah! but that only apply for interstate shipping. If you can find someone in the States have legal asian arowana, who cam ship you the fish, using the law of gift & loan.

Arowanas breed like flies. They are easy to breed. I feel like they shouldnt had been banned in the US due to conservation. Because there would be a huge market for breeders. They are legal everywhere else. More people would breed them rather than fish for them. That way they could keep the desired look of their fish. For example: color, length and structure. Asian arowanas should definitely be legalized
