"HELP..." TSN won't eat. (has sunkin in tummy)

ok just read through the whole link added and saw that you have tried nightcrawlers, i think you really need to get some live and see if that works (you can buy tetras or barbs if you don't feel safe with usual feeder fish) because that tsn is way too skinny.

The video shows the gills flaring which they say is a sign that the fish is stressed due to high nitrates. My reading for nitrates goes between 40 and 20 but I guess thats still too high. For now (1st day) I will be doing daily water changes and double dosing with prime. As well as trying to feed daily untill he eats. I'll keep posting till he is better and starts eating.
hope ur tsn is going to improve. i hate to see such a nice fish go. but i would try to feed feeders since imo if a tsn doesnt go for a live fish that he can eat something has to be wrong.
if your nitrates are normally 20-40 ppm then either you need to do more regular WC's habitually or upgrade your filtration system, or downsize your bio-load. It's a quick fix what your doing and you will run into the same issue again if you don't change something. imo.
What are your Nitrites at? That will not only poison your tsn but your whole tank and do long term damage if left "un-fixed"

Nitrate readings of between 20 and 40 are fine imo, if it were more like 120 then I would be worried, but not 20/40.
And no amount of normal filtration is going to change the nitrates, only water changes, (or lots of plants, sumps with plants etc, but I digress).
Its not nitrate poisoning, hell my tap water comes out at 20ppm in nitrates and I havent lost a fish *touches wood* in literaly years and years.

Update for you guys. The guys at planet catfish determined that My unknown catfish in the tank with my TSN is an Asain RTC and is probably harasing the TSN and has him stressed. So, I have removed the Asain RTC to his own tank. I am doing daily 50% water changes. No3 is down to 10-20. I am going to get some live feeders today to stimulate the TSN to eat now. I will keep you guys updated.

Can someone identify the problem with the gill material. I never seen this till I was inspecting the dead body. I am sure this is the cause of death. 50% of the gill material is eaten away and black.
