I don't think it is glugea as that presents as large smooth nodes with uniform edges. It could be one of the Henneguya, hopefully not though as it is quite contagious among fish.
Lymphocystis seems to be more common in warm water tanks and I have seen it as both the large "cauliflower" nodules and as a yellowish white, slightly raised, crusty growth with very irregular margins, much like the photos. The growths typically get thicker and rougher as they grow. None of what I saw were on my fish.
