Help with 75 gallon stocking.

I probably will get a single Blood parrot with some dithers. Though swordtails and mollies are a bit "big"(A lot of sources say they get around 5 inches) so is it possible to have platys or other fish in the 2-3" range as dithers or are they too small?

Platies are fine too. Parrots don’t have much predatory abilities due to the screwed up mouth.

Also, do you have any tips about how to get the right food to the right fish because I usually just feed the same food to all of the fish in my community tank but I doubt a bp can live off of community pellets. The reason I'm concerned about this is the platys might steal the food because of the mouth of the bp.

Not to worry. BPs have a weird mouth but they eat eagerly just as well and will bully their way around. A varied diet, including a rotation of sufficient good quality flake, properly sized pellets and frozen foods (mysids, brine, bloodworms) will do them (BP, platies are whatever else) just fine.

My tank gets the cichlid gold pellets and the parrot is the first to steal all of the food. Even before the tetras and rainbow fish.

No need to worry too much either. You can always feed a bit on one side, and quickly deposit some more food on the other side. Everybody will get some. Also, platies will always be pecking algae off surfaces as well, so they won't go too hungry.

Platies shouldn’t have a problem getting food. They will get scraps from the parrot, extra stuff, and algae.
