The 3. C.pulchra will be sold on monday 2 make room for the other juveniles in the 10g.

Im gonna let them grow a bit first so the delz wont see em as food so 2-3weeks later maybe.

all the rocks n stuff will be taken out from the 30g, only 2 plants and substrate will be used, i have a powerful filter in there so it will be perfekt :)

I have also ordered 1 more delhezi and im thinking about 2 more endli and a lapradei juvenile

AND last but not least, i will post new pics soon when they get fatter :)

Cool :) thx for sharing m8 were in the same boat u can say hehe.

Well i went with a very small amounth of sand even tho everyone said that i should go bare bottom :P and some small rocks n stuff. I tested without substrate but i didn't like the looks of it at all lol. Im a bit picky i guess.

Nice 2 hear that its going well with yours m8, i just got my load of pollys and damn was i lucky. I got very nice specimens and bigger than i expected aswell. Even my LFS was a bit chocked because they very very rarely come in these sizes

5 Endys are between 4-4.7"
2 delhezi are 5.9"
ornatipinnis is 4.7"
and the 2 albino senegals are 3.1" (very small)

So its grejt, they all eat good aswell so i hope that they will bubble their size in just one month just like your specimens :)

Plz do post some pics of yours if you can, would be fun 2 take a look :) and BTW what are you feeding them and how offen?

Hi

Those are good sizes but i got some bad news the senegals grow very slow, the others can put on size very quick. Im currently feeding them massivore pallets/gold fish/hake. I feed them two times a day. Trying to get them big as quick as possible. water changes are done every other day. Im also growing up a f/gar.

yea i know m8, senegals will grow much slower, but they eat twice the amount of food than the others tho so we will see :)

Nice, thats a good diet

really what kind of gar? spatula, spotted, florida? i've had em all :)

News:

My frekkin ornate is biting the endlicheris.. concidering weather or not 2 feed him 2 the big ones :P

Great looking fish, and congrats on getting so many youngsters! I'm dying for a big enough tank to house more than just senegals someday. Keep up the pictures!

i have a Florida gar, i got him when he 9cm about 2months ago. after being feed about 800feeders he is currently 22cms

Nice i had 2 of em with 2 spotted like 1½ year ago, very special fish. 22cm is a great size, keep up the feeding m8

Some new pics commin but first some info,

they all grow like crazy and eat about 2-3times a day, i find that temp 27C is perfect for the juveniles, gives them an amazing apatite :)

I'm very impressed by the senegals, they eat just as much and grow just as fast as the others, they are still the smallest ones of the bunch tho just like when they all first came.

First some regular pics but my second post will be on one of em that i suspect might be a highback or a SB, most likely a SB or maybe im just wrong so you guys decide. It has a very high body for this size, and head size looks 2 be a bit 2 big aswell for its size.
