Help with dying fish?

Any tips how to keep this dude alive, I don’t know what’s wrong and he’s not doing good. Baby Indo tarpon fyi

He looks very skinny, with sunken belly.

Anti-parasitic meds would be in order right away. Expel P (Levamisole) and General Cure/Paracleanse (Praziquantel and Metronidazole) would be a good first step.

Also, getting him to eat by soaking some food in Garlic Guard should be a priority. I generally like bloodworms or krill in this scenario.

I ordered some general cure, it’ll be at my home in 4 days. Do you think he’ll make it that long?

Definitely suggest some meds as Q quikv6 mentioned. Is it eating at all?
