This is good to see, what a rollercoaster you have been on but it looks like you have a happy ending and some stability now.
You have been through a lot, i bet you are looking forward to getting it furnished then putting on some tunes and lighting up a nice fat medicinal cigarette and thinking "finally this mess is over"
