If you have plecos you cant get Bichirs....Just add some Silver Dollars and your tank will be stocked full

You can't assume that every pleco eats the slimecoat of every bicher. It has worked and will work again, just like it hasn't worked and for some people never will work.

Ok I really want some birchir but Ill find something else that can go with plecos :irked:

personally i'd ditch the plecos (guess that sounded harsh, 'rehome') and get a pair of delhezi bichirs... my favorite kind even over ornate but i don't have a big enough tank to house them just yet or room to put it if i acquired one somehow

so ur just trying to figure out a stock for post cycling?

na dude, he already bought the fish a week ago and they are still in the baggies. :D

i would assume that hes got a cycled tank. he did say hes already got a couple of plecos and a jack D, so he could move all the filter media and gravel from already cycled tank and he wont have to cycle, now if hes got them in baggies and bought them last week then idk what to say besides hes screwed..

Best kept in large ponds, or better yet display tanks. They grow fast and get huge.

I 2nd that.

Since you have height, An african cichlid tank with a rock wall built in the back would look awesome.
