Help!!

My tank finally finished its cycle about 2 weeks ago. Added two peacock bass about 3 days after, and one of them have come down with "ich" pretty bad. The water temp is about 78f. I dont want to treat the tank with anything with fear of losing bacteria. Any suggestions please!

raise the temp up to about 84 then add some aquarium salt best way to cure ick IMO
