My flower horn is about 5 or 6 inches and ever since she started laying eggs(she has 3 times) her tube started inverting itself. It used to be it would go in and out, maybe one night it would be sticking out but by morning it would be gone. Now it sticks out all the time and she has been hiding more and eating less which is now concerning to me. She's in a 55 with a divider between her and a male. They were together at one point but he never harmed her not to mention this started before they were introduced. Please let me know if you have any info, thanks! Photos coming soon my internet sucks.

wow you have the one and only flowerhorn that gives live birth!! ive never seen anything like that looks like some kind of STD... GoodLuck wiith that... someone please help this guy out

Wow, i have never seen anything like that!

I wouldnt keep the male in the same tank though, that oviduct really looks sick. Fungus, Bacteria, Un-Passable worms, whatever it is it can probably infect the other fish.

Unless thats just some weird mutation...
