I rescued an RES that was the same way. It was 3 years old in a 10g tank and it was only 3-4". They fed it once a week and changed the water religiously when they couldn't see through it anymore, no basking, no nothing. When I got it in a good size tank and started feeding it, it doubled it's size in a matter of months. Ate more than the adult RES that I have now does.

That is horrible. I just wish people were not so ignorant about animals and cosidered them disposable pets.

After giving a few iodine baths and using antibiotic ointment his toes are starting to look alot better no more discharge coming from it so if this little guy is lucky he may end with out losing a singe toe. And these past few days he has been pounding down his greens. I would have never thought a lizard that small could eat so much.

you think he eats alot now, wait until he getts bigger. mine is a bottomless pit. i prob guy around 4 pounds of greens a week. thats no including the veggies and fruits i feed him. i also feed my bearded and rhino igg off of that to. but its alot.

Well I finalyl found the cord for my camera so here are some clearer pics when I first got him and then a few from today:)

Your baby ig looks sssssooooooooooooo sweet:D The sun does really bost them up;) Just one thing. Ive been reading your posts and you say somewere "discharge from the finger". Well if that happens you can try to very gently skeeze it to see if there is any pus that needs to come of. Some times there is quite some. Of corse I dont see it so i dont have a clue. Use your very good comon sence to see if you got to do something or not;) If there it is some bad stuff as he or she gets better a pimple like thing with a whitish center will form and you know what to do. Desinfect with iodine and your done. Your ig will survive and grow BIG:D
