I'm afraid the poor puffer is being terrorized by all those aggressive cichlids. How big is the tank?
That being said, I believe the OP may have a BW green spotted puffer. Your cichlds belong in FW--no salt.
The puffer belongs in high-end BW, with marine salt. We;re talking around 2 cups of marine salt/5g. That's way more salt than any FW fish could handle for long.

Not true! There are very few true BW puffer species. Most are strictly FW or SW.Most puffers need brackish water.
