sometimes my clown loaches would do that and they are fine but I have a front and severums too and they don't do that. Could they have velvet disease???

Rubbing on the bottom.. No white spots and its not a water parameter issue. I am guessing your fish have Gill Flukes, but before I can be sure as possible, answer these questions.

Do your fish float on the surface sometimes and just stay still and breathe?

Do your fish sometimes flash their pelvic fins very fast?

After scratching themselves, do they flash their pelvic fins?

they have stopped i put in water declor and waited a couple hours and they are fine the clorine must have been bothering there gills
