Help! My silver aro has been acting weird lately i noticed that she's having a hard time going down everytime she tries she always floats, she's always at the top and i noticed that she has a lil bit of a bulk near her fins and hasn't been actively swimming around the aquarium

It's not "normal". It's trapped air, or bloat, or something is wrong with it swim bladder. How long has it been like this?

Check ur water parameters. Post those. I’d suggest adding some Epsom salt 1tbsp per 5g and a round of kanamycin. Can u get a close up pic of the anal area? Dim the lights and get some floating plants.

I didn't see you posted any water parameters. You should check them and post.
This looks like dropsy. I would treat in a hospital tank. Use 50% tank water and 50% new water. Set up an air stone. Then add one teaspoon of methylene blue per gallon and one tablespoon of Epsom salt per five gallons of water. Chang 50% of water a day and redose accordingly. Do this for a week. If you don't have a hospital tank remove filter media during treatment as the meth will wack your bio filter.
