Very sad sitsuation here. These levels are not possible, personally I don't beleive you even are testing the water. Unfortunately the fish is the one that likely will suffer the same fate as your previous silver I would recommend that you research the nitrogen cycle and how it applies to the aquarium.

Once you understand this, your odds will increase greatly on sucsessfully raising tropical fish. It is also best to provide truthful information in your posts. You don't want to be like this guy do you?
