Well SD's diet consist of vegetation mainly, so no matter what plants you add I believe they will eat them. As for them being bolder maybe then just settled in? As far as the odoes calming down, I have found when mine got to 8" she calmed down drastically as well, no matter what I feed she wouldn't attack like she used to.

Well that's reassuring, perhaps the two smaller just followed the bigger ones steps then.
As for the SDs, they ate every single thin plants, and every big leaved ones are untouched.

Good thing is, they slowly are getting rid of my duckweed xD
