I hope so and I am glad to hear that. It will fit nicely with my plans for later on.

I have read that P. Blochii will reach 27 inches! Never seen one that large said:Sure that wasn't 27cm? I have a P. Blochii that is 9" and all he is doing is getting thicker. He has to be about 5 years old.

That's just one of the comments (not that the info on that site's articles is any better...). Literally anyone can write a comment on that site (no membership or anything like that required), so for all we know, that could be an 8 year old who has 5 goldfish in a 2 gallon... That is definitely false, and I would guess the poster was confusing P. blochii with something like a channel cat.komodo182;4381559; said:http://animal-world.com/encyclo/fresh/catfish/4linepimodella.php
This fish is aggresive to small fish in a large aquarium. They can grow over 27 inchs and weigh 4 pounds. They will eat small fish, but they are good with oscars until they get big.
Personally, I think its bull, but I have never known anyone other than myself that had them and I saw how slowly my other guy grew, so I figured worse case, I will at least 3 years which means I will no longer be in University and should have a career.
Off topic I know and I am sorry for that.

Hes been making tons of threads about fish and tanks and problems like these. I really hope he has everything straightened out.
