Awesome indeed amazing colors. Some have dull colors but yours is striking real nice.

They will breed in captivity just in case you want to breed that good looking skink

also I just noticed he "cried" and since these are dessert lizards would this be a way of moistening the eye? and he also seems to have one eye closed at all times and its usually his right eye but its like a 40/60 on which eye is closed (40 left eye, 60 right eye)

If his eye is closed it may have something in it. You can try flushing it out with sterile saline solution.
