Here's the picture with the Mamba

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yeah u got balls..but i would do it too..you got to live for that ****..its a rush

in no way are you a poser dude. id save that title for Princely who says that you are doing things right....WATCH JEFF C.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahah dude he and all the others are very seasoned herpetologists. i have never seen any of them CARELESSLY handle any snake of that calibre. these snakes are DEADLY.....princely can keep tellin himself and others what he would like but deep inside he knows he is wrong. i think you need to go on the Pro's vs. Joes show dude. youll never see any smart knowledgeable herpetologist handle his black mamba in the way you see in the picture. i have never seen anyone STUPID enough to think that that would be the SAFE way to handle a deadly reptile. GOOD TOPIC FABIO!!!!!!!

LOL, cause if you see it on TV, it's gotta be right!. Those shows are just that, scripted shows, behind the camera, The've got handlers and equipment.

 I see we have a bunch of seasoned professionals here.

Sweet picture though, Fabio's dad.

Slap a MFK sticker on your forehead and you would have won a prize!

Definatly something I wouldn't ever do, but i'm not a snake guy.

Cheers to you for still living!

You keep referring to it's "teeth", you are not real snake educated are you?:grinno:

Fangs and teeth would be redundant.

well I'm amused !!

where abouts was this snake? Is this a snake that is taken round for exhibits ?

Is it a friend of yours that owns it? .. many questions ...

awesome snake mind, although I'm not so sure that I would have been so eager to handle it ..... i am also a little unsure as to the value in taking, albeit a venemoid specimen, a highly dangerous animal out for 'recreational' handling ...... each to their own though I suppose.

hey that's way too risky, that's how people get bitten by holding something wild and dangerous. cool though!

This guy was doing a show in my town. I just went to pick my kids up from some school thing. I walk in and my eyes did the Spongebob glaze-over. I was like all the kids there as this show is going on. I kept turning to my wife and naming the snakes before he'd pull them out, based on his discriptions. I was so freakin' excited!!! After the show, he was letting people take pictures with the most tolerant Burmese I've ever seen. So him and I were chatting for quite a while. When no one was very close I asked him how much I had to pay to hold the Mamba. And I already told the rest.
