Yep hes a Male Green Severum 'Heros Efaciatus' (not Heros Severus, Efaciatus are the common Sevs you get..ie...golds, red spotted, the many green variations, turqs) you can tell the sex by the facial markings, males have like lightning bolt markings on the face, females have nothing..but some times a few spots.
