Hey guys, Question about BGK~

Yeah, Its going to be a new setup~
The only fish that will be going in at the start is 2 breeding plec's and molly's and a few Danio's.
So im thinking they are going to be ok? or are they going to be eaten/attacked?
They are just some random temporary's I have in a small tank so could always get rid of them!

Just give that baby plenty of frozen blood worms by shooting them into his cave with an eye dropper.. and he will probably leave everyone alone...

I have CA/SA Cichlids with mine and hes very out going he was the last one when I bought him/ her. he swims with the lights on or off I love my BGK and I just recently got one. Just becareful with moving the tank arrangments around becuz they're blind mine runs into my palm trees alot lol

Just make sure the BGK has a cave an it should be fine. They will also share caves with other fish no problem. One of my favorite fish! good luck

I'll try and build a cave of some sort when i get him!
Can it just be a "tunnel" made from bogwood or do I need a "fake" cave for it?

what i did was stand up a piece of slate against the front glass of the tank.. this way i see him 24-7 lol.. but you can use pvc or see through or any available cave that fits him.. you will have to go bigger as he grows..
