yea, i would put the hard corals up higher. I personally would put at least 600 watts over that tank before i felt corals could grow anywhere in my tank. Then again I am not that into corals and not sure what you can "get away with" so to say.

2 metal halides is some good lighting though, should be fine.
 
ok dounds good i know soft corals dont need "alot" but why do hard need more??? you know??
 
It depends on the corals, there are softies that require more light then any of the hard corals, and then there are softies that need no light at all (filter feeders). But for a 75gal tank 2 150w MH should be enough for any coral, definatly if the corals are fed regularily.
 
ya i plan on feeding the corals this kind of mix daily at my lfs.....

alright you got it its just that i need the tank to get running so that or "break in the tank" before i put corals in two months sadly then i get pics on....
