Pinkies are LOADED with calcium, beacuse they have BONES.

But if the turt is too small then obviously he can't have them.

For the record pinkies are a great source of calcium.

First, the cal : phos ratio in them is 1:1.

Second, compared to crickets, which are .4% calcium, pinkies are 1.9% calcium based compared to dry mass.
Locusts: .38%
Earthworms: .8%
Mealworms: .01%
Superwoms: .04%

pinkies bones are not fully developed as why i dont feed them to my sugar glider for calcium fuzzy have a better bone structure and more calcium but i dont feel like arguing this

What's wrong with spinach?
That's what you are supposed to feed snails with, for the same purpose.

Spinach is full of oxalic acid, which inhibits calcium absorbation in large amounts.

Nic,
Sure, their bones are not devolped, but they still have a lot of calcium in them. Sure, fizzys have more, but they are still high calcium. I don't see what we would argue about?
