High Nitrate

check and clean out the bioballs if its full of crap

Hi all, i cleand out my filter and there was a bit of crap on the bottom, did a 40% water change the next day and cleand the gravel and did another 30% water change day after. Then i waited to today to test and the Nitrate is back down under 20ppm.
