i did have an ro unit but i dont have the space for the tubs when you need 700 litres to do a 50% change its a bit of a nightmare thats why i sold it.
has anybody tried one?

also i was looking at one of these

http://cleartides.com/page17.htm

it would be the nr350 anyone had any luck?

i am looking into a sump with an algae scruber but that may take some time so thought this maybe a quick fix.

The top one is like my Nitragon, they do exactly what they say they do, £14.00 sounds mega cheap so do not know what quality will be like - DO NOT run high pressure through them as they all blow out seals. You will need to re-charge a lot so make it easy for your self and rig something up.

I have just bought a Deltec FP509(p) and it is a lovely piece of kit if you have room and the money, I am going to run a redox probe on mine and I will keep you all posted.

hi im new to the site but cant seem to be able to post but you may be able to help iv got a tetra ex 1200 which is leaking does any 1 know where these pumps are built so i can get the flat rubber ring from that tetra will not sell you

hi you need to post a few more times before you can start a thread.

i had the same problem with the EX1200 on a few occasions.
the older ones had a problem that took them a while to sort out in the mean time i had a few stands warped with water but customer services paid for new ones and gave me a new filter.
my friend tried it and they sent him out a new conector saying that one the old ones there was something that caused it to leak but on the new one they sorted it out i could not see any difference but it seems to work.
you are probably better of contacting tetra direct and saying it is leaking or try and get it off ebay or your local stockist it is the big black part that the in and out pipes run to.

hope that helps.
