high nitrite and nitrate..

been noticing my water has very high nitrite and nitrate .. been doing %20 water change everyday for the last 3 days.. nitrite and nitrate has not change.. what should i do ?... i have a NTT, jardini, golden nugget, RTC, blood parrot, and today i just got a marble motoro.. i was so scare of the motoro dying ,,, but my LFS said i have to take it home because it was a special order.. he can't keep stingrays in his store... WHAT SHOULD I DO GUYS....!! HELPPP
 
Firtsy I would get a water test done by another test kit to double check the peramiters . If they are correct then do much bigger water changes, at least 40% daily.

What signs are the fish showing? Are they still eating?

Tank not cycled. Need more water changes and more bio media.
Try adding beneficial bacteria..
How big is the tank?
Maybe start a drip system.

Eating normal , all fish seem "happy"

The tank has been running for 3 years?
Or you've had it for 3 years? How big are those fish?
What are you using to test and how old is the test kits?
What's your water testing at?
I would do larger w/c
