You're going to have to do at least a 50% water change every day until you get the nitrogen in your tank under control, and you may have to keep doing that every day until you get a bigger tank. All those carnivores are going to keep dumping tons of urea and ammonia into the tank.
 
Sounds like you don't have enough bio media. Add in extra filtration- sponge filter, canister filter, HOB filter, sump, all of them will help you until you have to upgrade to a way larger tank.
 
water changes only answer, and add the prime before adding water not after. as in drain tank down, add the prime then add the new water. if you showing nitrite tank is not cycled up. or filtration is not adequate.
 
Before you found you had this problem what was your water change schedule?
Also you say you had this tank running for 3 years but your fish are all 4-5 inches so when you switched over to these new fish did you empty the tank clean everything fill it up again then add the fish? And were the fish added one at a time or multiples ?

How's your aeration? Better more than not enough.
takes o2 to create nitrogen cycle.
Just another thought. But I think you have too many fish.

I trade the fishes with my lfa for smaller ones when they get too big , I don't empty the tank when I put in new fish
