Haha, yes they do but they are worth it..the gentle giants... they are sweet and the biggest attraction when someone sees the fish for the first time.. they are shocked when they see their size!!Miguel;741029; said:

Nice room and sweet pics. Wish my fish room was that big(and organized) but I'm working on it. My wife isn't as enamoured of the fish as I am because she is afraid they will die for no reason. But she does share my love of animals and is very supportive. I pretty much can do what I want or need to do with the hobby, we just discuss any major purchases. I couldn't imagine having a partner who wasn't crazy about animals.
That full tank shot really shows off the bulk of those pacu, they are massive (especially the one on the right)!
