yeah, i was disappointed by the show too. it was kind of annoying how they would cue the dramatic music even though nothing interesting was happening.

cool show but not monster fish....lol

definately a bummer. i was hopeing for some nice big fish, not mystical creatures that have never been filmed or caught. i have to say though that the alligator gar was pretty cool. other than that not to happy with the show.

yea that gar was the best thing smokin but to tell you the truth we could have made that show all it was were a bunch of tall tails about the one that got away i think i would have rather them to have been talking about the lockness monster and then maybe just maybe i could put up with just stories about what some1 saw

^Yeah, what was the eye for? That was annoying!!! I guess they needed time fillers because there wasn't enough engaging material so they decided to annoy the audience with the "monster eye" LOL

That eye is in every episode.

Don't want to say that I told ya so...

But.... I told ya so. I have seen this show a few times and it always sucked.

Given the subject matter I don't think the show is that bad. They look at the best evidence on the subjects they are talking about, evaluate it and debunk it. There are a lot of time fillers in the show, those are annoying. And I would like to see less stories and more hard evidence but usually the hard evidence is lacking. The subject of "Gigantic Killer Fish" just isen't one they should have tried to tackle. They could have done it better though. They could have searched for the Chinese paddlefish, thought extinct by many or looked at some of the lesser known monsters out there (Colorado pikeminnow, taimen etc.)
If the subject of cryptozoology (or rather, debunking it) isen't something that interests you then the show isen't for you.
