bases of the show is talk about monsters that might exist... not really finding monsters...

For the most part yeah but they do conduct DNA tests, set camera traps and set out on searches. In the episode with the squids they managed to film a squid thought to be over 80' or so (cannot remember exactly, a big squid regardless). Why that never got any press is beyond me.

I noticed that, I bet the show dosen't get much funding for things like travel. The show is produced in Minnesota I believe, lots of their stories seem to come from that area in particular.

I thought the show was ok.

That guy said that he saw a Lake Trout that was like 12 feet. He must have been on some crazy hallucinogens

The show really made me want to take a trip to that lake in Canada and do some fishing though.
