Hit a snag need suggestions

Besides did you see the part about the damper to slow flow... That is an easy way to balance the heat so that room stays the same as the rest. Another last ditch effort if you cant spring for a zone system. IMO reccomending electric heat in a home with a forced air system is irresponsible and a waste of energy. It would cost just as much to electrically heat that single room than it would the whole house on natural gas.

First off, I am in no construction fields but I just had a slight suggestion... Secondly, check what kind of insulation you have in the walls, if its R factor is low, might I suggest re-insulating the room with a higher R factor? that would also help, if you have the money and time. Also, once you insulate the ceiling, that will be a huge help, as well as sealing all the cracks/gaps. Also, if you have the money and time, might I suggest checking your windows? are they double or triple paned? if not that would also help, but probably cost you a crapload (depending on how many windows and what size) Good luck, just thought I'd add my two cents. ;)
