Hartford is such a dump. To be honest, I'm not at all suprised by this story. It is a heartless city. This type of thing happens all the time there, any no one hardly bats an eye.

I've been to Hartford a few times, and I have to say it was THE worse city I've been to. It felt like a dead desolate city.

If people say New York is a heartless city, then Hartford would be soulless.

Doesnt surprise me.Im more empathetic now that I live in the wilderness and dont see people all the time but when I worked in NYC I might not have noticed it happening.So many people doing stuff all around you all the time its impossible to get anything done unless you can tune it out.
Sounds cold and horrible and yes it is,its why I had to get out.
