HITH on this piranha?

Hi guys, sorry for the bad pics but does this look like HITH on my piranha?

Do 60% weekly water changes and water tests fine. Tank is heavily stocked though with 13 piranha in a 6' * 2' * 2

Other fish seem fine

I'll have to up my water changes if it is

Hard to say exactly as well. But keep water super clean. Supplement food with vitamins. Remove carbon if present. Add some tannins to the tank. Hope it don't get worse.

It seems your tank is a bit overcrowded. When it comes to piranhas, the general rule of thumb is about 20 gallons per fish, the more gallons per fish, the better. You might consider moving your affected fish to a hospital tank.

Thanks for the advise guys. yeah it is a bit overstocked alright. haven't been able to get a proper shot yet but i'll try again this weekend
