Okay, as a teacher and still young. I see too often dating at a young age lead to trouble... Almost made the mistake myself, and saw my brother screw himself too. In some state rules differ. I know that in Indy 16 is legal. Under that and well, lets just say parents decide not her. So she can be down and you can too, and well you will still go to jail. I play the rule that if the parents are willing to make a big deal out of it, date someone else until she is old enough, I mean is there only one girl at your school? Dad is not pysco... He is a dad... You want to kill anyone that hurt your lil girl...
I was told by my college to get the girl on tape consenting to anything otherwise they can change their mind later and you will end up in court, and in the case of college kicked out... Guys have no room to make mistakes... date older until she is older... like other aspects of dating safe is better than sorry....

I was in the same boat you were in a couple years ago. my girlfriend just turned 18 and was a freshman in college! but on the down side she was also daddy's little girl 
. he didn't say any thing to me for a year!!( yes a full 365days+) her last bf was a pretty boy (she had to wait on him to finish gettin ready!) where i work i have to wear long sleeve polo shirts (guess he thought i was the same way)...didn't meet the parents until that following thanksgiving! but now that he's talked to me and know that i'm not a jerk/afraid to get my hands dirty, he likes me! We even go to the gun range together every now and then!! he likes to make sure that i know that he's d*** good with his .45, and i show him that it wouldn't be wise to come near me with my mossberg tactical!!

She dosnt go to my school, most girls that either go to my school, are not my type, or are those type of girls with no commen sence and you just wana drop kick them to the throat when they talk. I have a job ( 20 hours a week ), go to school ( A's - B's ) and I have pets to take care of every day. I'm pretty sure i'm not the type of kid a dad needs to worry about, I treat the girl i'm with like a queen.. and when I said he was pysco, i ment as in ( he did something awhile back, that I shouldnt talk about, but hes not the normal dad lets just say that. She invited my friend and I over to her house on sunday for the game ( my friend likes her bestfriend, so that works out, and takes some of the heat off me) So i'll get to meet her parents which i'm looking forward to. I'm just gona be a good friend of her's till her parents approve. Than if we do happen to date, i'm going to get her on my video camera saying that she wants to date me. or have her sign a contract or something lol.
