i saw onetime on here a member with a freshwater turtle in a community tank is this possible if so what species also would he make it with arrows lol i know crazy idea just a thought?

The only turtle really that can sometimes mix with fish is the fly river turtle, even then you may still lose fish. And FRT are expensive, the only one I've ever seen for sale was $2000. pretty much All other turtles available would need areas to leave the water and bask as well as relatively strong UVB lights made for reptiles

I have a fly river turtle with a super-red asian arowana, an ST and flagtail. Everyone gets along quite well but there is always a danger with turtles and fish.

I keep 10 inch FRT with 6 inch jar, and other Indos about 12 inch plus, and 9 inch front. It's always a bit of a risk with turtle. Some frt eat fish, some don't. Mine had not yet and neither did it for 1 year with the previous owner.
So far it has not tried to bite any of it's tank mates. Due to the FRT waste, I added a eheim 2080 to the existing 2nr. fx5.

Not a chance. They look a bit similar to FRTs, but they're highly carnivorous and territorial. Fish are a large part of their diet, they will take down fish larger than them too.

this is far from true. ive kept a soft shell with several fish and he not once bothered them. a few of my friends have them too with no problems. let me dig up a picture
