Hole In The Head Treatment

I have got my flowerhorn 2 months ago he was having some stress issues lately. Today I have observed that he is having 2 hole just above his mouth. I did my research on this and found that this is a disease call HOLE IN THE HEAD but I was unable to find a proper treatment for this problem.

He lives in a 70 gallon with no tank mates

PLEASE HELP
 
What is his diet? kno4te kno4te is really good with diseases/sickness. I’d recommend a water change and aquarium salt.

Please post ur water parameters and pics of the fish.

I find HLLE has more to do with too high nitrate (any number above 10ppm) which is a result of too few water changes, than anything else.
Meds are not effective, only more and larger frequent water changes, because it is a chronic condition more than disease to be cured.

Since you said 2, are you sure that you are not looking at nostrils?
