I am so sorry that you have to go threw such a tragedy is a horrible nightmare I guess the one good thing is that your family is OK I hope that your wife will able to overcome such a horror but the other things can be replaced in time even pets.The main thing is your family stay strong.I know that is easy for me to give you a pep talk I am not living you night mare but from my heart ❤ I hope everything works out and some sort of normalization come soon.you know what they say if it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger and God willing you will be Hercules

Aquascaping a tank this long is difficult, I made a first pass:

Next steps, finish plumbing skimmer which arrives next week, fill water, start cycling, install lights and controller. With some luck, I should finish my cycle sometime in February as I have some live rock cycling in a separate container.

Glad to see everything going so well. What kind of mastiff's? My girlfriend and I adopted a Cane Corso 6 month's ago. A lot of work but worth every once of effort. Mastiffs are amazing dogs. I also always have a drool rag handy, haha. If I bring her anywhere I keep one in my pocket, ha.
