Hey, I know you listed the cost per gallon, but I'm pretty sure you cant just buy 1 gallon of those. Do you know about how many gallons minimum you need to make, and price for the minimum?

The recipe is for 25 gallons and for me it would cost 2 dollars or 8 for 100 gallons.

Just a note on the home made salt water, my daughters fish and inverts are doing fine in it as well as my rays but one thing I notice is, it takes a couple of days to really clear up opposed to boughten brands, but that might be due to using cold water to mix it but after a couple of days it looks clear.

still using it, I did switch to a better salt for the sodium chloride, it's Mortons Solar salt and it is much more clear in a shorter time, actually over night instead of the 24 hours it used to take.

I'm making 5000 gallons worth of saltwater - found Instant Ocean pallets (good for 7600 gallons) for $1K. Debating which way to go.
