crest white strips all the way.. i use the 15minute ones once or twice a week for 3 weeks at a time... im not tryin to look like a movie star i just want the stains ive had since i was a kid to fade.. they slowly are.. but i want it to be slow so its perfect
i also have one of the good oralB sonic whatever that ive had for like 5 years (it cost me like $120 so im usin this sucker till it dies.. and then ill get another one cuz it works so friggin good)
i floss 3-4 times a week as well
theres also a hole in one of my teeth i can hold a cigarette in.. its been rotting away for years i have no idea how it has not crumbled yet... ill go to the dentist someday.. i hate the dentist... i even have full dental... i just really really hate the dentist.. and doctors in general...
